Welcome! I’m Miss Cheryl
Early Childhood Music & Movement Specialist • 20+ Years Experience
🎹 Welcome! I’m Miss Cheryl! I’m an Early Childhood Music & Movement Specialist who loves to sing, play, and make music with little ones! My love of music started when I was a young child, playing the piano and singing with my family at church.
🎵 I have a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Western Connecticut State University and began my journey in early childhood music as a Kindermusik educator.
🎶 For more than 20 years, I've joyfully taught children across Connecticut while developing my own early childhood music and movement curriculum, blending
traditional songs, multicultural music, early childhood best practices, and original compositions designed especially for young children.
🎶 I offer preschool music and movement classes—including Lil’ Music Makers family classes for ages 0–5.
Families can keep the music going at home with my online videos and Baby Sign & Sing series.
✏️ I also enjoy writing original children's songs and released my debut children's album, Hello, Friends! Children's Sing Along & Action Songs in 2024.
